The Thirty- sixth Annual Day and Prize- Giving Function was celebrated on October 15, 2022. It was a moment of celebration, felicitation and festivity for the students to unleash their talents in the presence of a large audience after a gap of two years. The Annual Day weaved around the theme ‘We The People’, cherishing the ethos of the Indian Constitution, based on the larger theme of the scholastic year, ‘Reading Culture’. The students displayed a variety of cultural performances through dances, songs, plays combining the two themes quintessential to life.
The Chief Guest Honourable Ambassador Shri Rahul Chhabra, I.F.S (Retd.), Former Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, High Commissioner to Kenya and Ambassador to Hungary, Somalia and Bosnia & Herzegovina graced the occasion. The Annual Prize Distribution function was a moment of pride for all the winners and achievers of the school. The Chief Guest gave away the awards and prizes to the students for their outstanding performance in academic and co-curricular areas.
The Principal presented the School Annual Report focusing on the five priorities of the school, namely Academic Excellence, Co-curricular activities, Human Resource Development, Community Outreach and ISO and Safety. Videos encapsulating various activities, achievements, progress and developments in various capacities made by the school in the academic session 2022-23 were also shown. The Cultural Programme concluded with an awe-inspiring grand finale performance by all the participants with the message of resolving to constitute India into a sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic, republic state. In the end, the Director proposed the Vote of Thanks.
