The Management and faculty members celebrated the 74th birth anniversary of the Founder Principal & Director of St. Stephen’s Senior Secondary School, Shri Gilroy Martins on February 20, 2024. On this occasion, the members of the staff saw a documentary on the journey of Sir Martins showcasing his life and work. The Secretary of St. Stephen’s School Society, Ms. Shefali Martins read an extract from her book ‘My Sir’. The faculty members shared the values of punctuality, discipline, compassion, commitment and uncontrolled love for children imbibed by them as a takeaway from Sir’s life. The Principal emphasized the values Sir Martins stood for and urged the staff members to carry forward the legacy of the Founder and keep the school motto, ‘Onward and Upward’ soaring high.
