INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

We celebrated the 80th Independence Day with immense patriotism, pride, and enthusiasm. Shri Babu Lal Sonal, Postmaster General, Southern Region, Ajmer, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The celebration began with the hoisting of the Tricolour and the rendition of the National Anthem.

Adding colour, energy, and grandeur to the occasion, the programme featured a smart and synchronised march past by the NCC cadets, Guides, Scouts, Bulbuls, and platoons representing all four Houses. The school brass band set the tone for the celebrations with a stirring Drummer’s Call, followed by an inspiring speech, a captivating gymnastics display, a fitness demonstration, and a soulful group song.

The Chief Guest appreciated the students’ performances and commended their discipline, confidence, and enthusiasm. He emphasised the importance of remaining focused, having self-belief, developing resilience in the face of failure, maintaining physical fitness, exercising regularly, and making informed career choices. He also urged students to understand their strengths, interests, and aspirations while making thoughtful decisions about their future.

The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, reinforcing the values of unity, perseverance, responsible citizenship, and service to the nation.
