The Twenty-Third Dr. Deepa Martins Memorial Annual Inter-School Hindi Debate was hosted by our school on August 20, 2026, with 22 participants from 11 schools engaging in an impromptu debate that showcased research, critical thinking, and persuasive oratory skills. St. Stephen’s Senior Secondary School secured the first position and the coveted Running Trophy, which, as per tradition, was presented to the First Runner-up, Maheshwari Public School, Ajmer, by the host school. In the individual category, Mananya Gaur (XII Com) of our school secured the second position.
The school also hosted two inter-school competitions—Mind Quest: An Integrated Academic Challenge and Travel Brochure Design—designed to nurture creativity, reasoning, and intellectual engagement among students from the primary and middle school sections.
In Travel Brochure Design, Grade VIII students from eight schools creatively showcased the attractions, distinctive features, cultural heritage, and traditions of different countries through visually engaging brochures. Mind Quest brought together Grade V students from eight schools for a series of subject-based challenges presented through engaging and enjoyable activities, testing their conceptual understanding, quick thinking, problem-solving abilities, strategic skills, and accuracy.
Together, these events created vibrant platforms for students to explore, express, and excel, while promoting curiosity, creativity, confidence, and the spirit of healthy competition.
