The Department of Commerce organized a Summer Internship Programme on Financial Literacy in collaboration with the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM). A total of 43 students from Grades XI and XII participated in the 22-hour online course, which aimed to enhance their understanding of financial awareness, money management, investment basics, and financial planning. The programme provided valuable insights into real-world financial practices and equipped students with essential life skills. All participants successfully completed the course and received a certificate of completion from NISM, marking a significant step toward financial empowerment.
