The students of Grades Nursery to II joyfully celebrated Makar Sankranti through a vibrant Kite Festival on January 14, 2026. Reflecting the harvest festival traditionally associated with kite flying, the young learners showcased their enthusiasm by decorating kite outlines using colourful popsicle sticks, star and circle cut-outs, collage work, and a variety of other creative materials. The celebration was further enriched with paper-folding and colouring activities, filling the classrooms with cheer, excitement, and imaginative expression. The event beautifully captured the festive spirit of Makar Sankranti while fostering creativity and fine motor skills among the children.
