The Department of Commerce, in collaboration with the National Centre for Financial Education (NCFE), organized a Summer Internship Programme on Financial Education. A total of 78 students from Grades XI and XII participated in a five-hour online foundational course designed to enhance their understanding of budgeting, savings, banking, investments, and responsible financial decision-making.
All participants successfully completed the programme and were awarded certificates of completion by the NCFE, marking a meaningful step toward their financial empowerment.
